socialservice.sg is a multimedia platform that translates social service research, practice, and policies in Singapore for a wider audience. It is run by Jin Yao Kwan.

My recent writings are now published on Substack. There are four sections on this website:

1. PAST COMMENTARIES
   Past writings examining the academic and practical significance of journal articles and books as well as publications and newspaper articles on research of data.
2. GLOBAL NEWS ROUNDUPS
   Monthly summaries of the most important news stories around the world.
3. PODCAST – ON HIATUS
   Episodes documenting the work of academics and civil society organisations in Singapore, including series on COVID-19 community initiatives and the 2020 general elections.
4. NEWSLETTER AND CONTACT
   A regular newsletter – hosted on Substack – documenting all socialservice.sg productions and publications, and how to get in touch with us.
