Every two years since 2011, the National Climate Change Secretariat (NCCS) has surveyed Singaporeans on their climate change perceptions, though for the first time this year (ST, Dec. 16) respondents were asked whether they “are prepared to play their part, even if they are expected to bear some additional costs and inconvenience as consumers”.
